PRAY FOR YOUR BABY

When I became pregnant with my first child, I began to pray for my baby that was growing inside of me. As soon as my son Micah arrived, I could see that God had heard my prayers. There is power in praying for your unborn child before he or she is born! God heard and answered my prayers, and I believe that He wants to do the same for you.

But maybe you're still trying and not pregnant yet, well now is the time to start praying! Or maybe your baby is 19 like mine, or even 69 years old, start praying now, now matter how old your children are!

 

In 2007, when our son Micah was about 2 years old, God spoke to my heart and told me to share my story of praying through my pregnancy with other moms and PRAY FOR YOUR BABY MINISTRIES was born. This site was created to encourage you to pray daily for your child.

 

If you don't know where to start, I have added resources to encourage and guide you as you spend time alone with the Lord each day, prayerfully seeking His will for yourself and to be a great mom, dad, grandparent and intercessor for your baby.

We live in such a crazy world right now and things seem to be getting darker and darker each day. But remember, the Bible says that this would happen in the end times and I believe that we are living in them now! This is amazing and exciting to think that we may be the generation that gets to experience the return of the Lord Jesus Christ! Be ready!

​

And try not to get discouraged, our Heavenly Father is sitting on His throne and He sees everything that is going on. He is just waiting for His children to put on their armor and use the greatest weapon that He has given us to stand up against the enemy...PRAYER! There is power in praying in the name of Jesus! And because of the attack on our children right now, we need to stand up against the enemy and pray more than ever before!

 

I do believe that Jesus is coming back very soon and we need to prepare our children for the challenges that they will face and to get ready for His return. The Bible tells us that His bride must be prepared for the Groom, Jesus our Savior, to return and take us home, which could be any day now. We need to pray a covering over our children and teach them to love Jesus and His Word more than anything in this world!
